A dedicated and results-driven property advisor with a highly successful background in the sale of luxury property both domestically in Yorkshire and Overseas. My primary focus is serving clients with luxury properties whom require a service that is synonymous with the standards expected by those wishing to sell their home for the best price in the shortest period of time. My specialisms are the sale and promotion of luxury properties and new homes, as well as having an in depth knowledge of E-Commerce Strategies and Digital Marketing. I hold formal qualifications in the hospitality industry where I commenced my commercial and business experience. I then moved from the hospitality sector into property development and then Sales and Marketing roles in a pan UK developer and multi-site operator of daycare centers. I then managed my own successful property business which predominantly focused on the redevelopment of properties into luxury apartments. My previous property role was operating a RE/MAX franchise in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where I personally won numerous awards for my sales abilities. In 2008 I was the third most successful RE/MAX agent in the Caribbean and Central America and within the top 20 agents worldwide based on commissions generated. In 2008, RE/MAX had 120,000 agents in 80 countries. My Role As Operating Principle of Keller Williams in Yorkshire I am very proud to have opened the second Keller Williams office in the UK and the first outside London. Keller Williams as a company and brand was introduced to me by my good friend and colleague Bill Soteroff who I had previously worked with at RE/MAX when he was heading up their global growth. When he called and asked me to meet him in London, I knew it was going to be something special. I truly wish I had of known of the models and systems that KW offered its agents many years earlier. Since soft launching the office in early March 2015, I am pleased to have already recruited 22 agents who are covering the north of England and mostly in Yorkshire. As it stands, we have coverage in the Ilkley area, Harrogate, Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, Normanton, Knottingley, Huddersfield, Scarborough, Bridlington and Malton. We also have coverage in Blackpool, Preston and Newcastle and will shortly have coverage across Manchester and York. I am searching for agents to work UK wide and there is no exclusivity of an area, so as an example, I am looking for more agents to cover Leeds and Harrogate.
